I'd heard of the reputation of PCS on Mercedes forums and dropped in at lunchtime on the off chance they could do something over weekend. Within 5 minutes my car was having a diagnostic check despite them being fully booked. A faulty thermostat was diagnosed. I asked if I could possibly leave the car there to catch my ferry. No need - part was ordered then and fitted within a few hours. They have a great reputation and there is a reason for this. Very very good service."

I cannot fault these guys in any way at all-I am probably the world's pickiest customer (Sorry guys, I do tend to ask too many questions when I visit) They REALLY know their stuff and are totally honest and trustworthy. In the past I have had big problems with many different main dealers and their honesty, not to mention their extortionate prices and poor quality of workmanship, hence I will never, ever use a main dealer again. PCS is run by a great guy called Oliver Stoner whom is MB trained and has all the latest diagnostic equipment and as far as I am concerned if Oliver or a member of his team say something needs doing, it most certainly does, unlike other places I have used that tell you things need doing to drum up business!! These really are the only specialists I trust and have never even felt the need to check their work. If they say they have done something, they have.I have 100% confidence in this garage and would not hesitate to recommend them. I am a member of a Mercedes forum and members of that forum whom use PCS are Mercedes enthusiasts whom are generally picky like me, however I have never read a bad word about them."
Andy Booth"I cannot rate this company high enough.These days where main dealers hourly rate is over the £100 and parts prices are going through the roof it is refreshing to find a business that goes that extra mile as PCS did for me.Having recently had problem with my CLS55 AMG Airmatic, my car was recovered to their workshop and within hours I had had a phone call giving me the diagnosis and what my options were on the repairs and the various prices. If I’d stuck with Mercedes main dealers that might have been true but luckily my first experience of one was so poor that I decided to give PCS a try. Their reputation is well deserved and after two years I still have my CL and my home.Olly and his team are all exceptionally knowledgeable, passionate and above all utterly trustworthy. I never worry about whether a diagnosis is accurate or whether I’m being overcharged for the work. They have also been exceptionally patient when I’ve lingered while work is being done (although I suspect they only put up with me when I bring biscuits!) Highly, highly recommended."

Matt"Had the car over @ PCS for the last day for the under-sealing.From what I saw from the pictures, it looks like a quality A+ job and very, very good pricing.The under-body is lovely and protected now which gives me ease of mind - they even gave me some tips on what I need to take a look at in the future (powersteering leak + bushes worn on the left suspension arm).
